Let me share a simple yet healthy vegetarian food today. I just harvested sweet potato leaves and now it's ready to be part of our menu today. 

Ingredients:

2 medium size Tofu cut into small cubes
1 cloves of garlic
2 tbsp soy sauce
1 tbsp of sugar
A bunch of sweet potato leaves 
Salt 
Oil


Procedure:


1.Take of the stem of sweet potato leaves then wash the leaves, drain and set aside.

2.Wash the tofu and cut into cubes then fry till golden brown. Set aside.


3.In the same pan sautè garlic and add the sweet potato leaves, drop some salt and cover for 1 minute.


4.Give a stir then add the fried tofu, soy sauce and sugar. You can add some water only 2 tbsp and continue to stir it till all the ingredients combine together.

5.Serve while hot with rice. Yummy!
