What Lesson I've Learned in Life

This past few weeks, i was exhausted and over thinking of so many things that included the way i live today. On my journey to become the person i wanted, i reflected how my life did before and how my current life was changed. Yet some people now is in bad condition compared to me. I realized that our current situation right now will not determine our destiny as sun rises to rich and poor. We share the same world it just happen that the rich people has all the advantage of having a good and quality life unlike the poor almost of them literally starving for food to survive everyday in their lives. There are some phrases that says the being born in a poor family is not a sin, but when you die and still stay poor that was a sin. For some reasons maybe, this is an encouragement words that i know many years ago, as a  motivation for poor to dream and to achieve whatever goal they had in life, but how can this phrases sympathize the true situation of a poor life condition.

There are several reasons why becoming poor in our country (Philippines) makes it worst over the years. Being born to a poor family can be inherited as well like wealth. Obviously if you we're born to had a wealthy life, your life will be easy without taking too many effort to earn some money. Your parents give you a quality education, enrolling you to private schools and having a rich circle of friends also. The world of the riches people surrounded with just like them. They will get a decent job, a title that suits their education, an owner of a business and eventually being married with rich people also double their wealth. I just estimated that 60-70% of our population is under the scheme of poverty. Yes, we have lots of structures like malls and high buildings along the city, but the true identity of the country was hidden in the provinces area. The teenage pregnancy stole the possibility of the younger generation to progress in life.

Lack of medical facility in some areas of provinces that causes poor people to suffer and ease the pain having illnesses. However, the quality education, travelling so far to reach the schools was a part of the students to endure the pain being poor. Thanks to social media and the television nowadays helps to discover and reach out those people that was really in deep poverty. Hundred of topics about how poverty affects so many lives in the provinces gathered by the media makes the world to see the true faces of poor people.

I've seen so many interviews conducted to help the need of helpless people and recently a man statement took my tears to fell. He says to his interview, " I've tried everything to earn money, to step out of this poverty. I collected garbage and all the kind of jobs that i can do but it seem like it wasn't enough. I am still poor. " He was crying while saying this, and i really felt his deep sorrow, self pity and tiredness to still fight the battle of poverty. Being poor was so tiring specially when opportunity seems unclear. I can't blame that man why he felt that way and it also made me think that the staying poor at the end of our-lives is not a sin.

Working hard sometimes didn't give you the assurance of successful life. In more cases of poor people it lead them into their early aging and bring them to death for over working themselves. It is just happen that there's a life after death. That's the sad reality and you've starting to ask God, why is this happening? Who doesn't want to be rich? Of course anyone does and no one wants to be poor. We all want to live freely and a stress free lives, but life didn't promise that all the way.

After accepting the fact that rich people has a better future, we to need understand and to embrace that everything's has a reason. Practice to exercise your potential to grow in any given situation (good or bad) and expand your resources. Sometimes being empty handed doesn't mean you have nothing at all, it means you are ready to fill your hands to receive from being empty to full. Talent and Skills can be used as a weapon to stand against poverty. All we need to do is to exercise and nurture God given talent and skills.
