Hi guys, today let me share another budget friendly recipe that taste so good and healthy as well.


My brother harvested this and we decided to make a dish out of it. The usual recipe for this was cooked with coconut cream and fish. There's some recipe cook this like patty but I added corned beef so that I can achieve a much closer taste, look and aroma of a burger patty. This recipe can make 20 pcs large patties or even more depending on how big or small you wish to fry it.



Instructions:


1.Peel of the skin and get the center. Using a knife, cut and slice thinly.



2.Wash it thoroughly until you wash off the residue from it. Slighlt boiled it and strain, set aside.


3.On a large bowl, mix 1 can corned beef, 1 cup flour, 1 egg, onion and garlic minced, pepper, salt and extra seasoning.

4.Add puso ng saging, add some few drops of water if your batter was a bit hard to mix.



5.Preapare a pan with oil and poured in the patty mixture. Fry till golden brown on both sides.


6.Best serve while still warm, you can choose your dip. We tried to pair it with banana ketchup and it tastes so good.
