Marcelito Pomoy got 4th Place in America's Got Talent
The Philippines pride Marcelito Pomoy got the 4th place and didn't make it to win the title of AGT Champion. However, though he didn't win he makes us proud for once again, there is another Filipino talent showcase their talent international and it's not bad of he only got the 4th place. His talents will remain to be remember worldwide. His journey starts to impressed the judges and the audience until to the final round. When his last performance in the Final round predicted to be not winning the competition and even some Youtubers create their own beliefs behind America's Got Talent show.
He was on the top 5 and in that particular slot gives him a good place rather than nothing. I guess many Filipinos been expecting too much on his journey at AGT. The 5th placer goes to Sandou Trio Russian Bar, 4th placer Marcelito Pomoy, 3rd placer the Kid Violinist Tyler Butler Figueroa, 2nd place goes to Duo Transcend and the Champion was the V. Unbeatable from India. These top 5 acts really had an extraordinary and creative talent that made their families to be proud of them.
Most of his fans got mad and bashing Simon about his comment on Marcelito's performance. As a part of the competition there is only 1 winner and not all of our favorite act could win. This kind of reality talent search shows gives an impact for some talents might be for winning but the voting still matters. Not only in US talent search have that kind of situation, we can compare the talent search here in the Philippines reflected to be more on text/online votes and it's just the scheme of results of winning.
But after several weeks that I've been watching this entire season of AGT, we have seen so many talents waiting to be discovered and hoping to be known someday in their respective era. We all have the freedom to feel upset for the result, but we must obey and respect what those competition requires to be the winner. Marcelito Pomoy will be having new exposure since he joins AGT. This will be a great start of his career in 2020 and i do hope that he will take Simon's once said that he needed to take risks in performing dual voice.
In some point, Simon still one of the world's brutal yet reasonable and most honest judges of all time. He knew what exactly the people would wanted to win and i hope he will produce another talent shows and discover new talents to be love around the world. Congratulations to V. Unbeatable for winning AGT the Champion Edition! Honestly they were my personal choice and predicted to win this season. They deserved it as they try to join AGT the second time around.
What really matter today was, losing didn't shape you're future. It will be just the start of something bigger and bolder. Winning is just a start. Don't stay to long in that moment but choose to be hunger in learning new things for you to be able excel higher beyond your limitation. Remember that success requires you to keep on moving and not to feel contented enough for less if you think that there's a lot more room for you to improve.
