TAAL Volcano with (crater lake) located in Talisay City, Batangas. A beautiful tourist spot destination for both locals and foreigners. With a cold breeze ambiance, this place is more remarkable as one of the most visited place in thd Philippines. However, this volcano last eruption was in November 1977.

Yesterday, Taal Volcano spews ashes with some particles of small rocks and created a huge smoke that made the residence near the danger zone has to leave their homes and evacuate as soon as possible. Thunder makes the ashes look so terrifying and local government has now on duty and deploy to help those families that needs assistance such as food and transportation for travelling to leave the danger zone. The rain also submerge the ash fall and make it more hard to travel as the rain and ash combine together like a cement. Many travelers struggled not only on the highways streets but also their health as well.
As of around 3:30 am PHIVOLCS increased into Level 4 Warning for Taal has spews lava and they categorize it into a low stage lava flows. Aside from lava flows and ash fall, thunder and lightning are surrounding the Taal Volcano with a huge clouds of smoke and ashes fall. DOH suggested to wear a proper face mask to prevent inhaling a bad air due to ashes. A surgery mask couldn't provide a good protection and they suggested to have N95 mask is much better to filter smaller ash particles and toxic gases.
Hence that Manila is most like 30 miles away, the ashfall is visible in many places like in Taguig, Manila, Parañaque, Quezon City, Pasig, Mandaluyong, Las Piñas, Muntinlupa, San Juan and Marikina. Other places like in Bulacan experience minor ashfall like in Meycauayan, San Jose Del Monte and Malolos. Additional places that affected by ashfall are Batangas, Cavite and Laguna.
