Instant Noodles | Is it really bad?
Instant foods are everywhere. They come in form of dry, canned or bottled, but have you ever think what's the process behind that "INSTANT FOOD"?
1. PRESERVATIVES & TBHQ (Tertiary-butyl Hydroquione)
These are just 2 of the main ingredients in preserving food. Hence people are not too conscious on foods with preservatives and still choose the easiest way to prepare food. However what will be your clue to consider unhealthy food?
There are some traces of B Vitamins Protein and Carbohydrates found in Instant Noodles. But it was alarming to see in some nutrition facts in some products has a large amount of Sodium and Saturated Fats. We all know that Monosodium Glutamate has a bad effects on body when consumed on a daily basis. It can cause cancer, highblood pressure and diabetes (insulin resistance issue). The TBHQ is found on instant noodles to pro long shelf life.
2. EAT INSTANT NOODLES IN MODERATION
We know that to much has a negative effect same in foods too. If we consider to eat food in a healthy way it was good to eat atleast once a month of this kind of food. The obvious bad effect of eating more often of this is food is POOR METABOLISM. It doesn't have Fiber (which helps in good digestion) and it takes more hours to digest this kind of food. On my personal experience after i ate instant noodles my stomach started to feel bloated and suddenly burping. Maybe because my stomach needed more time to digest this kind of food and creating more gas inside my stomach. In the long run i felt so full until the next day. No doubt that Instant noodles has more amount of Carbs that's why i feel full till the next day and my burp tasted like that. (That is my personal experience guys)3. DO NOT INCLUDE ON YOUR FOOD PYRAMID DIET
If you consider to have a healthy diet, this one will be out of your list. Though it has lot's of carbs you can gain weight on eating too much of it. This kind of food will not help your body to function properly. Instead of eating this one, vegetables, fruits and good amount of fats must be add in your diet.
4. COOK YOUR OWN FOOD INSTEAD OF INSTANT FOOD
The best way to have a healthy body is you are the one who prepare your own food. Many of us had been busy and tired to prepare their food but if you are committed to live a long life, you must practice and considerate in this kind of obligation on your body. Keep an eye on the nutrition facts of every food that you will buy in the grocery. Look for a good diet plan like KETOSIS. I've heard a lot of testimony about this diet aside from weight loss.
