WHAT ARE THE BENEFITS OF DRINKING WARM WATER


How often do you drink water? Do you prefer to drink 8 glasses of water everyday? What benefits does drinking water has?


Water is one of the most special and common things to have in this life. You need water when you are thirsty. You need water when taking a bath. You need water in cooking foods. You need water on washing clothes and a lot more. But have you ever asked yourself the real benefits on drinking water? I will share 5 Benefits on drinking water but this water needs to be warm. Not to hot but just slightly warm and natural temperature.

1. GENTLY CLEANSES AND FLUSH OUT TOXINS


In general toxins are just around and found commonly on the foods that we eat. A glass of warm water early in the morning (No Breakfast at all) can help to flush that unwanted toxins that's in your body the whole day. In my personal experience I've observe that my body feels much revitalize and feels better.

2. HELPS IN DIGESTION

Many parts of Asia including Japan and China had been drinking a warm cup of tea in the morning or after meals. Why? It's because the warm water or tea can helps you to digest food faster. In the Philippines in Carenderia (Mini Eatery) they serve the food together with any hot soup, surprisingly it can make your stomach relax and starting to help the food to break down.

3. CAN RELIEVE CONSTIPATION

Constipation is common problems when we do not eat healthy. In my own experience, when i drink a glass of warm water early in the morning my bowel movement is good. The warm water is like a very good lubricant on your tummy and easily your stool can came out. I notice also that it can make me full. Unlike when i drink first the coffee, the acid re-flux might be next but if i drink warm water first before coffee, i don't burp and no acid re-flux.

If you like to be more natural on treating your constipation, drinking hot water is the best way to have a cheaper one. We have always water around us and this is a blessing from God and not to be taken for granted. We are aware that some medications is just good at first but in the long run it has a side effects. In some people who drink warm water early in the morning i've notice that they were thin. Maybe because when you drink first a glass of water, you feel full. In my personal experience after few minutes of drinking warm water i started to fart. All the gas that's in my tummy the whole night while in sleep just went down. My stomach feels full but i haven't take any food at all. And when i ate my breakfast, i am not hungry that much. You can add some freshly squeeze honey and ginger on your warm water. Honey is a good source of Vitamin C and Ginger act also anti inflamatory and helps you to relieve some minor headaches. So it's up to you to give it a try.
