Like in blogs that needs for the right clichè for your content, songwriting has to do with a topic as well for the Songwriters, Singers and Musician. It's a reflection of themselves to what they write and how they make their own music. Just like you are telling a story through a song. Many written songs nowadays is more different than the songs made before. Technically our music is now more techno and more on stylish way unlike the old days more on chill and relaxing waves of sounds. On the other hand it's not bad that the songwriting skills also evolved in the spam of time. Likewise this kind of modern music era can play a big part of songwriting. Lot's of artist can create a full musicaly produce by their own because of the new useful gadgets in recording. But writing your song first matter most. So now here is my 3 Tips to find that simplest yet more adaptive topics to have in songwriting.

1. LOVE SONGS

Ofcourse, anyone will be dedicated and convinced that this topic is one of the classic that exist up today. Love is almost everywhere. All humans can be in love and be loved that's why this kind of feeling/experience is common. As a newbie in this kind of chosen path, writing love songs is much easier than any other topics. There's a certain facts about love that is easy to apply and describe in your song. We can share our personal story/experience or other's story too. A puppy love or your first love or your parent's love story. This topic is undying and very wide to discover more.

2. HEARTBREAKING SONGS

Like any other, a heart involve one like this is a good topic but because of some failing love that didn't last long, a heart breaking songs is used in wide songwriting. However, in the late 2000's i remember that there's a lot of EMO Band releases songs that was full of heart aches, longingness and pain reflects to their songs. Honestly i became a fan several of their songs and now i realized that the reason why many people like a heart breaking songs too is they experience to be loved and be unloved as well. As i am still young that time, i haven't in a relationship and don't know exactly the feeling it has to give me. So maybe everyone can relate to a heartbreaking song.

3. INSPIRATIONAL SONGS

This one is a great one to create a song. Anyone needs some inspirational song as it encourages and uplifting it's message. Many songs has created out of tragic incident. But for this topic i can categorized it into two.

a. Gospel song - this type of music has to do with inspiring other lives and your faith in God. You can create a very heartfelt and Christ-Centered songs by this.

b. Self empowerment song - you can make songs to empower inner strength of somebody. Like perserviring in achieveing a goal in life is a good one. I remember the song "The Climb by Miley Cyrus" a perfect example for a person who struggle on making a dream to become reality.

Conclusion: Music is a good platform to enhance your songwritingskills and musicality but it can be a good way to touch other lives towards what your music is about. So be sure to chose a topic that everyone can benefits to it speacially you! Have a happy writing day :)
